Yesterday (23rd August) Miley was spotted shopping in New York City with Cheyne Thomas and a few other friends. She was rocking black tee, denim shorts and Dr. Martens boots. Her hair looks awesome!
Miley was is Philadelphia with her fiance Liam while he shoots his new movie Paranoia there. I don't know yet why is she in New York, but we'll understand soon so stay tuned for updates!
