[Awards] Miley wins "Global Instagram Star" at the 2014 MTV Millennial Awards

The MTV Latin America Millennial Awards honor the best artists in pop culture. This year's ceremony was recorded yesterday in Mexico City and will be broadcasted this Sunday on MTV Latin America. Our girl Miley took home the award for Global Instagram Star. Congrats, Miley!

Also, don't forget that the MTV Video Music Awards are only less than 2 weeks away and Miley's not only scheduled to attend, but she's also nominated for two moon mans! Fingers crossed she wins them both!

[Awards] Miley won "Choice Instagrammer" at the 2014 TCAs

Last night (10th Aug) were the 2014 Teen Choice Awards and despite not being able to attend the ceremony, Miley won an award! Cyrus was nominated for two TCAs this year - Choice Female Artist and Choice Instagrammer but took home only Choice Instagrammer. Congrats, Miley!

The singer couldn't attend the show because she had a concert in Missouri the same evening.

Miley is the most nominated person in the TCA history with 41 nominations since 2006!

Don't forget that today is the last day you can vote Miley's "Wrecking Ball" for Video Of The Year at the 2014 Video Music Awards! The voting will be closed today at 5pm. Miley is rumoured to be attending the ceremony this year on 24th August in California. Cast your vote HERE.

[Awards] We Can't Stop won "Best Female Video" at the 2014 MTV VMA Japan

As reported earlier, the music video for We Can't Stop  was competing in the category of "Best Female Music Video "at the 2014 MTV VMA Japan. Yesterday it was announced that Miley won the award! Congrats, Miley!

Also, the 2014 MuchMusic Video Awards are tonight and Miley's nominated for Best International Artist. In the past month the smilers voted really hard by tweeting #MileyForMMVA millions of times so let's hope Miley wins this award too! Miley won't attend the award show as she has a concert in Lisbon tonight. Stay tuned for updates. :)

Last night Miley took over the 2014 World Music Awards! She performed her hit single Wrecking Ball and won 3 awards - for Best Female Act, Best Pop Rock Female Artist and Best Pop Video (Wrecking Ball)! Congrats, Miley! Check out photos and videos from the show below.

[News] 2014 Billboard Music Awards

Last night (18th May) were the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. Miley couldn't go to the ceremony because she's on tour but that doesn't mean she didn't own the show, as always. Cyrus took home 2 of her 8 nominations - for Best Streaming Artist and Best Streaming Song (video) for Wrecking Ball! Also, her performance of  "Lucy in the sky with diamonds" was broadcasted live during the show (Miley filmed the performance with Wayne Coyne during her Manchester Bangerz Tour show).

[Awards] Miley wins "Best Lyrics" award at the 2014 iHeartRadio Awards

A couple of days ago were the iHeartRadio Music Awards and Miley won the "Best Lyrics" award for Wrecking Ball! Unfortunately, the singer didn't attend the award show and her father, Billy Ray, accepted the award for her. Check out a video from the ceremony below.

[Awards] Miley wins 6 Teen Icon Awards

Miley won 6 awards out of 6 nominations at this years' J-14 Teen Icon Awards! She beated her opponents in the categories Iconic Female Singer, Iconic Female Star, Iconic Rebel, Iconic Tweeter and Iconic Music Video (for "Wrecking Ball"). The Smilers also took one award  - for Iconic Fandom!

[Awards] Miley won Best Video and Best US Act at the EMAs!

Last night (10th Nov), Miley attended and performed at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Amsterdam. She owned the night as everybody were talking about her, she made two fantastic performances of her latest hits (She opened the show with "We Can't Stop" and later singed "Wrecking Ball"), and won 2 awards - for Best US Act and Best Video (Wrecking Ball). Congrats, Miley!

Next Thursday (14th Nov), Miley will perform at the Bambi Awards in Germany. Through their official site, the team of the award show announced that Miley will also win an award - "International Pop"! Congrats, Miley, we can't wait for your performance!

She attended the Billboard Music Awards last night and announced on a red carpet interview (check it here) she'll be presenting her single on 3rd June live on Ryan Seacrest and doing a radio tour in USA after that! Can't wait!

She was also one of the presenters of the night - she gave the Best Male Artist Award to Justin Bieber! (check a video here)

[News] Miley Cyrus' 'We Can't Stop' Single Due June 3

"Me and Mike WiLL teamed up, and it really just turned out to be perfect," pop star says during Billboard Music Awards pre-show.

Next month, Miley Cyrus will make her long-awaited return to music: "We Can't Stop," the 20-year-old singer's next single, will be unveiled on June 3, she confirmed during the 2013 Billboard Music Awards pre-show blue carpet presented by Cambio on Sunday night (May 19). Cyrus will premiere the song, produced by Mike WiLL Made-It, on Ryan Seacrest's syndicated radio show next month.

"I'm so excited!" Cyrus gushed to Michelle Marie about "We Can't Stop" on the Cambio blue carpet. The single will precede Cyrus' still-untitled fourth studio album, which follows 2010's "Can't Be Tamed."

"I feel like I can really be myself," Cyrus said of her forthcoming album. "I really have more of a connection of who I am, and I feel like I can maybe express that more in my music now."

Of "We Can't Stop," Cyrus added, "Me and Mike-WiLL [Made-It] teamed up, and it really just turned out to be perfect and exactly what I wanted, and exactly what I wanted my first sound to be, and my first look to be. I think it's an important message for me to tell my fans -- they haven't stopped waiting, so it's great."

Cyrus is presenting an award at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, airing live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on ABC. "30 Rock" alum Tracy Morgan is serving as host, with Don Mischer producing.

"It's been such a while since I've been able to tell people what I've been up to -- it's been a minute, so I'm just happy to be able to tell my fans what I've been doing," Cyrus said of her new material.

You know what you’re getting at MTV’s VMAs when it comes to style… there’s always going to be over-the-top fashion and this year Nicki Minaj delivered on that front. Most stars were far more tame though, and many sported new hairstyles.
MILEY CYRUS “I want to keep everything, like real simple,” Miley told us. “It’s easier now that I have short hair. I feel like it’s enough of a look of its own.” But Miley didn’t let just her hair do the talking. The star took the plunge in a black Emilio Pucci gown with sheer panels. She finished the look with a sparkly Edie Parker clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewels. “It’s just a good new look,” she says of her bleach blond faux hawk, “and all this new stuff is happening for me, so I’m really happy.” And it showed!
