Last night (18th Nov), Miley and boyfriend Patrick attended Mac Cosmetics Film Premiere ‘It’s Not Over‘ in Los Angeles. Miley kept it simple by wearing jeans, black top and Chanel necklace yet she looked more beautiful than most of the people at the event. Check out some pics in the gallery. ;)
