Miley Cyrus may be fined by Mexico’s federal government after getting her butt spanked with the country’s flag by one of her dancers at her show on Tuesday night in Monterrey. In lawmakers’ eyes, the act was disrespectful (it also happened to be Mexico’s Independence Day), and one official from the region, Francisco Trevino, stated that she may either have to cough up $1,200 or be kept in custody for three days.
