On 2nd August, Miley performed at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as part of her Bangerz tour. During one of her speeches she said that Philadelphia is one of her favourite places in the whole world and that every time she comes here she can truly be herself without anyone judging her!
