Last night (13th May), Miley gathered with her family to celebrate her mother Tish's birthday. She and her friends were spotted by the paparazzi out in Manchester before the celebration. During the night Miley posted a lot of photos and a video on her Instagram account. Today, Tish herself posted a few photos from the evening on her new official website tishcyrus.com.
