Yesterday (4th Aug), Miley was seen running errands in Studio City. She was wearing simple white tee, shorts and sneakers and still looked gorgeous.
The same night she was pictured leaving Kat Von D's High Voltage Tattoo Studio with some friends in LA. Miley got a new tattoo on the top of her right arm! Stay tuned for pictures of it!
