[Fashion] Miley, Demi Lovato And More Are Best Dressed At The 2013 Teen Choice Awards

Oh, red carpet. With the exception of the occasional summer blockbuster premiere, these warmer months are generally devoid of step-and-repeat steez. Luckily, come August, there's always the Teen Choice Awards (and of course, our own VMAs later this month #shamelessplug). The 2013 TCAs certainly didn't let us down in the well-dressed PYT department, and even though it was pretty much impossible, we did our best to whittle it down to the top looks of the night from Demi Lovato to Hailee Steinfeld and everyone in between.

Also channeling high fashion punk at the TCAs was the night's Candie's Fashion Trendsetter honoree Miley Cyrus. Miles didn't walk the carpet but did still turn up the fashion volume with this Saint Laurent Fall 2013 ensemble: a black leather bikini top, sheer collared shirt, and high-waisted black leather mini composed of stacked, grommeted belts.
