Yesterday (15th Mar), Miley's tattoo artist Kat Von D uploaded picture of Miley's new tattoo on Instagram, saying: "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus -a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart! ❤" I love it!
