(2011 Rank: 12) 2012 has been pretty good to Miley. She announced that she was engaged to Liam Hemsworth, starred in her first post-Disney film, and plans on releasing her fourth studio album in December. Also, she cut her hair. Which was, like, a pretty big freaking deal. Plus, rumors have it that she may be a fixture on Two and Half Men after her successful two-episode stint.
