Being rich, famous and having the means to buy as many shoes and swimming pools filled with Smarties that her heart desires probably makes people like Miley Cyrus a bit of a nightmare when it comes to deciding what to buy when her Birthday rolls around.
But there is one thing that not even she has and so for her 20th, the canny folk over at PETA decided it was only right to present her with her very own pig named Nora.
Already having a menagerie of pets shacked up with her and fit boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, we wouldn't have thought one little pig would have made much difference.
But apparently the folk over at PETA didn't actually turn up at her house with a piglet wearing a red bow around its neck after all and instead have sponsored recue piggy Nora in her honour.
"PETA knew that sponsoring a rescued pig was the perfect birthday present for a young woman who spends so much time encouraging others to help animals," PETA boss Tracy Reiman said.
"From promoting animal adoption to speaking up for cows who suffer on dairy farms, Miley never stops letting her millions of fans know what they can do to make the world a kinder place."
Miley seemed pretty over the moon about her porky gift, tweeting PETA and saying: "Oh my pigggggyyyyy! She is so cute I can hardly stand itttttttt!!!!" [sic]
