Yesterday (13th August) Miley was spotted out for a dinner with fiance Liam in Philadelphia. Apparently she wasn't enjoing the paparazzi and she was hiding her face. She was rocking plaid blue shirt, black mini dress and Converse. Her new hair looked amazing! Check the pics here!
