Yesterday (16th August) Miley was pictured staying in her car and smoking with her friend Cheyne Thomas. She looks great! It's rumoured that Miley will fly back to Los Angeles for the Do Something awards in Tuesday (She's nominated for Twitter). I hope she attend the show (and win her award), so that she can rock her new hair! Check out the photos here.
