Yesterday (7th August) Miley was spotted out with her dog Happy in Philadelphia, after grabbing some coffee at Starbucks. Happy has grown up so much, didn't he? Miley rocked sheer white tee, baggy jeans, platform shoes and big leather bag. Also she showed her new hairstyle for the first time! Cyrus definitely looked amazing! Take a look at the photos here!
