Yesterday (27th July) Miley and her friend Vijat Mohindra were pictured out & about in Philadelphia. Miley is in Philly staying with her fiance Liam Hemsworth who is shooting his new movie Paranoia there. Cyrus took a little trip to New York earlier this week to meet some friends and to attend a party in Soho (there she dropped that Liam is interested in starting his own fashion line for men).
